“The concept of this poster was to deliver a clear message is a clear way. The portrayal of both cars using basic icons in the style of a traffic sign simplifies the decision individuals face when choosing which to drive, whilst injecting force and power into the message. The playful illustration style also signifies the ignorance of most drivers. Whilst walking and cycling are ideal, electric cars are becoming more and more viable. In my design, I hope to incentivise consumers to start rationalising their thoughts when making the purchase of their car.”

Why?

The small yet dignified action of choosing an electric car over a throbbing sports car can save colossal amounts of CO2. The average CO2 rating for electric cars is only 80g/km, as opposed to the 161g/km from an average fuel-powered vehicle. It can save you crazy amounts of cash too – not only does driving an electric car make you exempt from road tax and the Congestion Charge, it spells an end to costly trips to the petrol station too.

How?

Why not make the switch instead of contemplating it? Find out how much money you could raise by selling your gas guzzler then find the right electric car for you. With electric cars gaining momentum, there are plenty of of silent but sexy cars to choose from on this useful comparison chart.
