Everyday Things for Earth Hour day 9, we are delighted to launch the winner of this years Student Competition with WWF, the successful candidate Torsten Sherwood brings lights switch to life with his Lightsavers campaign.
“Everyday Things was a really nice way to use creativity to promote the really worth while cause of Earth Hour and entering Do The Green Thing’s student competition was a great opportunity to get involved in this along side such a brilliant group of designers (David Shrigley, Marina Willer, Hudson Powell etc). Lightsavers is meant to be just a bit of fun but I also hope that the public can engage with it; print the faces off, stick them on a light switch and share them on social media to spread this sustainable message.”
