Designer Matthew Elliott, one the runners up in our poster competition for young creatives, inspires us to stay bang on edible trend with this delightfully daft poster.

“My concept takes a light-hearted approach to eating seasonal fruit and vegetables,” says Matthew. “Strawberries do not grow all year round and it is ridiculous to expect them in supermarkets for the whole year! Plus they taste much better when they are home-grown and in season.”

Why?

There are plenty of reasons to eat what’s ‘in right now’ – reduced carbon footprint, lower costs and, maybe most importantly of all, the taste is so much better.

How?
