Just Say Neigh by Steve Wallington and Harriet Stansall

Creative Director Steve Wallington and illustrator Harriet Stansall joined forces for their hilarious poster Just Say Neigh, a call to arms from a troop of farm animals who want us to favour the flavour of fresh veg over meat.

“We thought we’d recycle the famous Lord Kitchener image and add a little Animal Farm to tell people that their country, and their world, needs them to be a little less carnivorous,” says Steve.

Why?

Our meat-dependent diets cause more CO2, methane and nitrous oxide to spew into the atmosphere than the whole of the transportation industry. If we could all go a little easy on the meat, it will help the world not to overheat.

How?

If you can’t say neigh to the feeling of meat between your teeth, try some Quorn.
